Hanna Sellers

CREATOR OF THE PÊCHE METHOD

With over seven years of experience in Pilates and a background in biomedical science, Hanna Sellers has cultivated a movement method that is as intentional as it is transformative. After training and teaching internationally—offering concierge Pilates in Paris—she refined her approach to create the Pêche Method, a dynamic, athletic style of reformer Pilates designed to sculpt, strengthen, and challenge the body with precision.

At Pêche Pilates, Hanna merges European refinement with a modern, results-driven approach, offering a class experience that is as elevated as it is effective. Known for her sharp eye for form and her signature deep burn, she creates sessions that are equal parts challenging, intentional, and empowering.

Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned mover, expect to leave her class feeling stronger, more aligned, and completely in your element.


Melanie Panter

Melanie discovered Pilates after a 2019 car accident left her with a fractured spine. What began as a personal journey of recovery quickly became a deep appreciation for the transformative power of mindful movement. Through Pilates, she found strength, balance, and a renewed connection to her body - benefits she now shares with her clients. With a focus on alignment, mobility, and core strength, Melanie brings both empathy and precision to her teaching, helping clients feel strong, supported & at home in their bodies.

Scarlett Chang

Scarlett Chang is a wellness educator and movement guide with over a decade of experience in the mind-body space. She began practicing Pilates in 2012 to complement her yoga journey and it became a powerful tool for both physical alignment and inner resilience. Expect intentional sequencing, a deep connection to form, and a steady burn that challenges both body and mind — offering results you can feel from the inside out. In addition to Pilates, Scarlett is trained in yoga, breathwork, and sound healing.

Melanie Corwin

With years of dedicated Pilates instruction, Melanie C. is currently pursuing an advanced certification in rehabilitation and injury prevention + recovery. Drawing from her unique professional background in crisis counseling and mental health support, combined with athletic experience in aerial circus, Melanie creates transformative sessions that help clients unlock their full physical potential, emphasizing functional movement patterns that translate to improved performance and injury resilience.

Nicole McDaniel

As a former competitive figure skater, Nicole believes that movement enhances one’s wellbeing - mind, body, and spirit. Professionally, Nicole has an extensive background in wellness,  personal development, and performance optimization. Nicole’s Pilates classes often integrate wellness principles through connection to breath, development of mind/body awareness, and enhanced mindset to provide clients with a comprehensive workout leaving clients feeling strong, balanced, and confident.

Aaryn Gagum

Aaryn is an experienced, comprehensively trained certified Pilates instructor through Balanced Body with a deep passion for mindful movement. She discovered Pilates as a way to heal from a car accident and lingering sports injuries, but quickly felt a calling to share the benefits of Pilates with others. Aaryn cares deeply about community, living well, and having fun- values she brings into every session. Her classes are rooted in precision, control, and love for helping clients reach their goals.
