Heat with benefits.

Infrared heat penetrates deep into muscles and tissues, promoting detoxification, reducing inflammation, improving circulation, enhancing flexibility, and supporting faster recovery. The result? A workout that feels as restorative as it is effective.

  • Infrared heat penetrates deep into soft tissue, increasing your core temperature and stimulating sweat at a cellular level. This process helps the body flush out heavy metals, environmental toxins, and metabolic waste more effectively than traditional heat alone.

  • By increasing blood flow and gently heating muscle fibers and connective tissues, infrared therapy can reduce inflammation, relax tight muscles, and ease joint stiffness.

  • The deep warmth of infrared light causes blood vessels to dilate, enhancing oxygen delivery and nutrient flow throughout the body. Improved circulation supports muscle recovery, promotes healthy skin, and contributes to an overall sense of vitality post-class.

  • Increased circulation combined with gentle perspiration can help clear pores, promote collagen production, and enhance skin tone and texture. The result: a post-class glow that’s more than just a figure of speech.

  • The gentle, sustained heat from infrared light helps muscles and connective tissues relax more fully, increasing your range of motion during class and reducing soreness afterward. This combination supports faster recovery and improved long-term mobility.
