What to Expect at Your First Pêche Class:
BONJOUR, BEAUTIFUL. Whether it’s your first reformer class or you're stepping into HEAT for the first time, we’ve got you. Here’s how to arrive, move, and feel right at home:
— Arrive early (but fashionably so):
Give yourself 10–15 minutes before class to settle in, meet your instructor, and get familiar with the studio. Trust us, you’ll want a moment to soak in the vibe.
— Grippy socks are required.
We keep it chic and safe. If you forget yours, we have a curated selection available for purchase.
— For HEAT classes:
Expect a warm, dry infrared glow (never sticky). We provide mat + face towels, but bring your water bottle (or grab one from us) to stay hydrated.
— For Reformer classes:
Wear sleek, fitted activewear, leggings are your best friend here. Loose clothing is non, mercí — we want you moving freely and safely on the machines.
— If you’re running late:
Anything over 10 minutes and we’ll need to reschedule you for next time. Safety and proper warm-up always come first.

Parking:
Free parking is available in the main lot for both studios.
Prefer a curbside moment? Paid street parking is also available.
HEAT Classes:
What should I wear?
Grippy socks are a must — chic and stable. Fitted activewear or leggings are ideal. Biker shorts are très cute, but keep in mind that slick skin can make certain props a little slippery.Do I need to bring anything?
Bring your favorite water bottle, or grab a cold one from us. We’ll provide both a mat towel and a petite facial towel for every class.What should I expect temperature-wise?
Our HEAT classes are warmed to a dreamy 97–104° with infrared heat — think cozy, dry, and soothing, never sticky.Why infrared?
Infrared heat promotes detoxification through a deep sweat, soothes muscles and joints, boosts circulation, and leaves you glowing from the inside out.What if I’m running late?
For your safety, arrivals more than 10 minutes after class start time will be rescheduled. A proper warm-up is essential for both you and your instructor.
